housing-market.org publishes index-based estimates of what a typical home was worth in a place and a month. They are general information, not an appraisal, an offer, or advice to buy, sell or lend, and a particular home can sell for more or less than the index suggests.

The charts, tables and CSV downloads may be quoted or reused with the source line that sits beside each number. The underlying series belong to Zillow Group, FHFA, Realtor.com Economic Research, the Census Bureau and BEA, and stay under those providers' own terms.
